Over the years I've made some fairly random conversions. Here's a bunch of them.
The Minoboar was originally going to be used for an Inquisitor campaign that never happened. I've never really found a use for him. He was made from the Wood Elf Orion model, a plastic boar's head, and bits from ogres.
Imperial Guard Captain Steele, an incredibly over-armed captain from a very silly campaign a couple of my mates ran.
Viking Gnomes. Made for a Dungeons and Dragons campaign. They're all based on my close friends from re-enactment, so they're very much an in-joke. The models mix goblin, night goblin, empire free company, high elf archer and catachan bits. And greenstuff, obviously!

The Death of Rats, from the Discworld books. A combination of a night goblin, a skeleton warrior and a skeleton horse's head!
